About ORSC™

Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching

ORSC™ stands for Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. ORSC is an integrated and robust coaching model based on Relationship Systems Intelligence™. Beyond Emotional Intelligence (relationship with oneself) and Social Intelligence (relationship with others) is the realm of Relationship Systems Intelligence where one’s focus shifts to the relationship with the group, team or system. This approach creates sustainable and resilient teams, organizations and families.

How ORSC works with other coaching and training methodologies.

The analogy that we like to use is that ORSC is an operating system upon which other applications, mental models and approaches can be reinterpreted. Once our students make the paradigm shift from engaging individuals to the entire group (what we call The Third Entity™ – or the Relationship System Itself), a whole new world of opportunities emerges. Many students report great satisfaction because what they’ve already learned and used in their work is even more effective when coupled with ORSC™ principles.

What ORSC is based on.

ORSC is based on Systems Theory, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics, Co-Active Coaching™, and more. At its core is the study of Relationship Systems Intelligence.

The Third Entity™.

Jungian scholars might call it collective consciousness, business consultants refer to the team or Enterprise, and therapists address family system dynamics. The Third Entity is that which lives between the individuals in a particular relationship system, whether a work team, family, or couple — still confused? John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr were individuals. The Beatles is their Third Entity.

Relationship Systems Coaching is also perfectly suited for one-on-one coaching.

A human being is complex, and a single person is a system unto itself, with many relationships impacting its life. The first system is self: consisting of the many different voices each individual has within. The individual relationship to money, to food, to work, to family, to friends, to itself. Relationship systems coaching focuses on the totality of a client, a more practical approach that encompasses all its facets, interdependencies, and dichotomies.
