Systemic Coaching Supervision
Lean into the wisdom of systems through reflective group coaching supervision
Embark on a journey of professional and personal development as a systems coach. Discover and deepen your strengths. Cross edges. See beyond blind spots. Find the wisdom in challenges you face. Consider how to powerfully weave the competencies of systems coaching into your practice. In Systemic Coaching Supervision, you’ll access the collective intelligence of your peers and a trained coach supervisor. It’s the same collaborative environment you’ve come to know and trust through Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™). Together, we go further.
Created as a complement to our coach training offerings, this group coaching supervision program uses the five principles of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) as a lens to reflect on coaching practice and your impact as a coach. Whether you’re working with teams and organizations, couples and pairs, or even delving into the system of self, Systemic Coaching Supervision will deepen and strengthen your capacity as a coach, invigorate your practice, and support you on the road to mastery in systems coaching.
Wherever you may be on your path – just starting out as a coach or an experienced practitioner intent on continual improvement – Systemic Coaching Supervision serves as a dynamic professional and personal growth resource.
This program helps you to prepare for your ICF Advanced Certification for Team Coaches (ACTC) by fulfilling the requirement for five hours of coaching supervision.

Questions about Systemic Coaching Supervision

- Develop an awareness and appreciation of what you contribute to this profession
- Access insights on navigating complexity and tricky ethical situations you may encounter
- Resource yourself and care for your own well-being as a coach
- Restore, support and learn in a community of colleagues
- Refine your approach in coaching individuals, couples, teams and organizations.
What’s the difference between coach mentoring and coaching supervision?
While mentoring and supervision are both key supports for professional coaches, they are not the same. Through observation and feedback, mentoring supports you in achieving and demonstrating coaching competencies and capabilities set by credentialing bodies. Supervision builds individual capacity through reflection and dialogue, while providing a restorative and resourcing space.
Why is coaching supervision important?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) recognizes coaching supervision as an important element of a coach’s professional development, learning and growth. Coaching supervision is recommended for full-time professional coach practitioners as part of their portfolio of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities designed to keep them ‘fit for purpose.’ Up to 10 hours of resource development credit may be used toward your ICF credential or renewal.
“A very resourceful place to enhance your systemic coaching experiences. It creates a collective space for learning.”
