ORSC Systems Integration: Moving Toward Mastery™ brings together all that you have learned throughout the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) series, while introducing you to a process for launching a coaching engagement. In this last course of the intermediate series, you will deepen your understanding of how the content in each course supports this work. You will explore the ORSC competencies, receive expert mentor coaching during practice sessions, and build your confidence.
This is a first step into mastery, as you begin to coach systems with clarity and precision.

Coaching Process, Competencies and Model
The Systems Integration course takes you a step beyond coaching, as you begin to work with the process as well as the skillset. Discover how to assess a system, becoming aware of its strengths and challenges, establishing a relationship and setting goals for coaching as you begin working together.

Assessing and entering the system
Learn how to gather the information you need to carry out a successful coaching engagement, design a plan that will meet the goals of the client, and watch for red flags and obstacles that can affect success.
Systems coaching competencies
As the competencies are introduced, you will find yourself becoming more fluent and flexible in your approach. (Note that the ORSC Competencies inspired the ICF Team Coaching Competencies. Both use CRR Global’s concept of coaching a team as a single entity.)
The Meet, Reveal, Align & Act model
Learn how to meet the team where it is, supporting systems in recognizing their own strengths and challenges as they agree on how to move forward.
Working in various situations
Practice working with different types of systems using the competencies as your guide.
Each course in the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) series must be taken in order, as the learning builds upon the previous course.
The full ORSC series adds 26 tools and 17 skills and concepts to your coaching toolkit.
Systems Integration is the fifth course in the ORSC series. On completion, you will receive your ORSC Trained badge and will be ready to move on to the mastery level of Certification.

Do I need to complete previous courses before enrolling in Systems Integration?
Yes, you must complete the first four courses in the series before beginning Systems Integration. Once you complete this final course, you are eligible to enrol in our ORSC Certification mastery-level course.
How is the course delivered?
Courses are available both virtually and in person, depending on your location. Both offer the same quality of experiential learning.
Is ORSC an accredited program?
ORSC is a Level 2 ICF-accredited coaching education program. With the completion of Systems Integration and the other courses in the series, you will gain a systems coaching skillset, eight systems coaching competencies, and a road map for designing and carrying out a coaching engagement. Altogether, the five courses provide 84 CCEs to be used toward your ACC, PCC or ACTC credential.
