Eva Szita-Morris



Eva came to coaching in 1999, through a rich variety of life experiences, including a background in economics, banking and international business. She possesses an unusual specialty in Strategic Risk management for organizations.

Eva has an extensive international coaching experience, and leads a private international coaching group. She offers Professional Personal and Corporate Coaching based on coactive coaching married with system coaching. In the area of system coaching: Team Coaching, Relationship Coaching (work and private), and Specialist Leadership Training, based on system coaching. Strategic Risk Management and trust building also based on system coaching.

Eva is a graduate of the ‘Co-active Leadership’ Program. She supervises the training of coaches in certification worldwide for CRR Global and is fluent in French and English.

Eva believes in the ORSC model because of the success it has brought her. “I experienced its powerful impact in professional and personal relationships, and building authentic leadership. The model is based on the real nature of systems, so it is not an artificial construct. It is rigorous and can be fun and liberating.”

To date, Eva has worked with over 20 nationalities. Some of her clients include: Areva, Whirlpool, MIP MBA in Milan, Procter and Gamble, SwissCom, Five WIN International Conferences, AIG Bank, Hungarian Telecom and Hungarian Oil Company, HOLCIM , Novartis and Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
