She has worked in corporate companies for 10 years and during this time she has recognised the most valuable asset of any organisation is their people. An individual comes with talent and potential, yet it is often hidden or locked away. Harnessing her expertise in leadership, organisational relationship, emotional intelligence and Inter cultural intelligence, Hamira enable executives, teams and organisations towards unlocking its potential and maximizing its strengths towards peak performance, wellbeing and happiness.
