Louise specialises in working with leaders and their teams particularly through periods of intense change. She believes that everyone should have a positive experience at work and her works supports leaders and her teams to create those working environments where everyone can thrive and work at their best.

With a background in sales and learning and development in the corporate world, Louise has been running her own coaching practice for the last 15 years. She works with a wide range of organisations across sectors including environmental, pharmaceutical, nuclear, the creative arts, transport, not-for-profit and the prison service, and has a particular passion for working with purpose-lead organisations which have a desire to make a positive impact within their communities or the wider world.

Louise is an accredited member of the International Coach Federation at PCC level, a Certified Organisation and Relationship Coach, a Certified Professional Coactive Coach and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

In addition to working directly as a systems coach with leaders and their teams, Louise has a passion for supporting others to do the same. As a member of the CRR Global Faculty she trains others in Organisation and Relationship Coaching and is also a professionally trained Coach supervisor with the Coach Supervision Academy.

Outside of work Louise feels grateful to live in the beautiful Ribble Valley in the Northwest of England where she has the opportunity to connect daily with the nature that surrounds her. Food, travel and walking play an important part in her life as does her husband, Paul and daughters Hannah and Lucy, who continually inspire her and remind her of what is important in life.
