Neil entered coaching through a diverse variety of experiences, including a background in human performance, health & wellness, management consulting, project management, and organizational change management for large technology transformations in healthcare and government.
Neil specializes in expanding range and strengthening resilience for leaders, and creating capacity and capability of teams and organizational systems to be positive, productive, and agile in the face of change. He coaches and teaches individuals, teams, and larger organizational systems to identify values, define purpose, act intentionally, think systemically, be inclusive, and nurture wellbeing. He has extensive experience coaching accountants, engineers, attorneys, MBAs, executives, and finance; brand; and IT professionals in corporations, government, and professional services.
Neil works full-time at a large professional services firm as a coach and facilitator while also serving as Front of the Room Leader and Certification Faculty for CRR Global. He holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is a Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). He is an authorized facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment, Leadership Circle Profile, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), and Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He is a graduate of “Co-Active Leadership” program, was born and raised in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and lives with his family in California.
