Sandra Cain

I have always enjoyed improving things…from minor process adjustments to larger redesigns. And I’ve learned that when people get along well, they get more done and the work is easier. I am passionate about supporting my clients to understand themselves and each other because when the relationships are clean, the work (and life) is easy and more enjoyable. In addition to coaching teams, partnerships and individuals, my strengths include leadership development, change management and quoting lines from Monty Python movies. When not working, you will find me hiking or biking in the woods, or zooming on a river in a vintage speed boat.
