Sherry is a collaborative strategic change specialist, consultant and systems coach. She works with leaders, teams and social systems, moving them past fear and frustration to become more engaged, courageous and innovative. Sherry brings over two decades of experience with executives, directors, managers and teams. She has supported teams in various settings, including corporate, legal, government, energy, not-for-profit, engineering, health and wellness, and collaborative team leadership development.
In Sherry’s work and in her own collaborations, she has found that if the relationship isn’t right, nothing is right. Leading innovation requires a different kind of leader – one who is anchored in the awareness of their own impact, and who is conscious and intentional of the roles and responsibilities of collaborative leadership. Sherry’s goal is to support leaders and teams who create organizational cultures capable of innovating, driving new ideas and ventures, and creatively collaborating for impact.
