Today we are reflecting on the loss of Arnold Mindell, an important mentor, colleague and friend whose thought leadership and teachings are embedded in the DNA of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. Any ORSC coach or leader who has used unfolding, Deep Democracy, or the Three Levels of Reality in their work with relationships is familiar with Arnold’s legacy.
CRR Global’s co-founders Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon have deep gratitude for all that Arnold brought to the world of coaching. He taught us how to hold profound truths with a light touch, how to be fearless in addressing painful social issues, and how to lean into the wisdom of the system.
We celebrate the life of this unique man, who has influenced so many of us and shaped who we have become. What a blessing he was, is and always will be available to us in consensus reality, dreaming and essence.
