Mission, Vision & Values
We believe that relationship matters

Our mission, vision and values are grounded in the belief that relationships form the foundation of every system. These commitments help us stay aligned with our belief in systemic awareness, right relationship and shared responsibility.
The CRR in our name stands for Center of Right Relationship. To be in right relationship means to practice engaging with respect, honesty and accountability, making choices that support the health and integrity of the system as a whole.
Our Mission
We unlock the generative power and inherent wisdom of relationship systems.
Our Vision
We envision a world where systems-inspired relationship is the catalyst for connection, collaboration and transformation. Together, we empower individuals, organizations, and communities to evolve, flourish and co-create a regenerative future.
Our Values
Evolving together
We are willing and humble in learning and adaptation, noticing and crossing edges for the sake of individual and systemic wellbeing.
Regenerative sustainability
We enrich the system with intention, prioritizing actions that support balance and flow for the sake of renewing vitality and building resilience.
Collective accountability
We honor mutual ownership, holding our commitments and responsibilities with integrity for the sake of maintaining right relationship.
Purposeful impact
We act with intention and clarity, consciously aligning our efforts towards outcomes for the sake of serving the greater whole.
Cross-cultural generosity
We create space for the many, listening deeply, sensing the unseen and responding wisely within and across different cultural systems for the sake of practicing deep democracy.

An Intentional Culture
Our world is complex and interconnected, and every action ripples out to affect other systems. Knowing this, we are always intentional in what we do and why we do it. Right relationship, the principles of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) and professional coaching ethics ground our mission and purpose.

Right Relationship
To be in right relationship means to:
• bring the best version of yourself in any situation, remaining authentic, genuine, kind, generous, and compassionate.
• create a safe space to make mistakes and take responsibility for your actions.
• respect the needs, wants and differences of everyone involved.
• be conscious and intentional, stating what you want to change in the relationship even when it’s hard.
• remain aware that everyone is right, but only partially.

Principles
Systems are constantly evolving.
As systems-inspired coaches and leaders, we foster willingness to create from change, and especially from those challenges that are complex and uncomfortable.
Every relationship system has its own distinct personality.
What suits one system may not work for another, and answers are not one-size-fits all.
Systems are intelligent and creative.
Our collective genius is wiser and more visionary than any one person, and leadership can come from anyone at any time. When we address challenges together, we develop solutions that benefit the whole system.
Relationship systems rely on roles to carry out tasks.
These roles are flexible. Since they belong to the system rather than to individuals, anyone can take on a role to adjust how the systems works.
Every member of the system is a voice of that system.
As systems-inspired coaches and leaders, we open to hearing all voices.
