ORSC Training
Transform the way you work with teams and systems

For over 20 years, professional coaches have used Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) to nurture the strong relationship at the heart of exceptional teamwork.
Learn how to interact with the complex web of relationship that exists between members of a team. ORSC is a neutral skillset that can be used with systems of any size – from global organizations to the system within ourselves.

Level 2 coach training program
About the
ORSC Journey
Your journey begins with one of two foundational courses, both based on the same set of skills and principles. This course grounds you in the basics of coaching teams and systems.
You’ll then move on to the remaining courses in the intermediate series. Each adds another dimension to your skillset. The final step is Certification, our mastery-level program.
ORSC was the first systems coaching program to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The training experience
These courses are interactive! While ORSC is rich in theory, our participants learn from doing.
- Since relationship systems coaching focuses on what’s happening physically and emotionally as well as mentally, the techniques may sometimes surprise you.
- Expect to move and use all of your senses as part of the training.
- You will learn to read what is happening on an emotional level, and work with the relationship of the group using a variety of tools and skills.
