Leadership

Nelly Dubout ICF-PCC

Founder & Co-Owner, BIRDS Coaching & Training

Nelly is a leadership and organizational transformation coach with 15+ years in the IT and digital industries. She supports managerial and digital change in complex, high‑growth settings and coaches C-Level as well as operational and project teams. Her work focuses on evolving roles, ways of working, and leadership. She works across sectors including retail, luxury, financial services, industrials, software, and pharmaceuticals.

HEC Executive Coaching–certified, she is also Co-Active CPCC and certified in Gallup CliftonStrengths™, MBTI and 360° feedback. She has additional grounding in the Optimal Coaching Relationship, covering psychological development fundamentals and mental‑health awareness. Nelly aims to bring structure with empathy and to make change manageable and measurable.

Earlier in her career, she held managerial roles at Cisco and Acer and spent ten years at Microsoft, where she led entities responsible for digital transformation and cloud go‑to‑market at the intersection of marketing, sales, and HR. Today she helps leadership teams align on priorities and behaviors, develop relatioships, and translate strategy into coordinated execution.

Dany Nassif ICF-PCC, ORSCC

Co-Owner & Managing Director, BIRDS Coaching & Training; Faculty

Dany is a leadership and organizational development coach with 25+ years in telecommunications and high tech, primarily at Ericsson and NEC. He helps leaders build on their strengths to improve performance and supports teams through transformation by clarifying vision, values, and ways of working . He coaches in French and English and is comfortable in multicultural contexts. His clients include organizations in retail, luxury, financial services, industrials, software, and pharmaceuticals.

He is ORSC Certified, ICF Certified and a graduate of the HEC Global Executive Coaching program as well as a Co-Active coach. Dany serves on the CRR Global faculty, where he teaches the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) curriculum. He is also certified in Gallup CliftonStrengths. An engineer by training with studies in the United States, he holds an Executive MBA from Université Paris‑Dauphine.

Across his career, he has managed projects and multicultural programs and held roles in quality and continuous improvement, operations, profit‑center (P&L) leadership, business development and sales. This breadth informs a practical, collaborative approach focused on relationships, alignment, humanity and steady execution during change.
