The Centre for Right Relationship Afrika (CRR Afrika) is an official licensed partner of CRR Global, delivering Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) across the beautiful African continent. We shift the focus from individuals in isolation to the power of the entire system.
ORSC develops Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), which re-establishes the importance of foregrounding the “we” of the community. By shifting our focus to this collective entity and cultivating shared ownership and agency for its well-being, organizations and all other communities working towards a common objective can enhance their capacity to achieve their desired outcomes. ORSC Training and the development of RSI finds a natural home in Africa, a continent built on relationship-based principles.
CRR Afrika is guided by its values of love, Ubuntu and growth.
Ubuntu is the deep awareness that “I am because we are” which fosters true collaboration and interconnectedness. Through ORSC training, leaders, coaches, facilitators and mediators are equipped with practical skills that catalyze both personal and systemic growth, enabling them to transform conflict into a resource for progress.
At its heart, this work is propelled by a deep sense of love for the continent and the potential within its people.

Klaus Lombardozzi ICF-PCC, ORSCC
Klaus Fernando Franco Lombardozzi supports learning as a CRR Global faculty member. He is co-director of CRR Afrika, which delivers ORSC training across much of the African continent.
Refiloe Mokonyane ORSC
Refiloe Mokonyane is a relationship systems coach and facilitator who is passionate about human development and serving as a change agent. She helps create healthier, more connected environments in homes, schools, communities and workplaces. Refiloe supports individuals and groups in moving beyond linear and logical thinking to see new possibilities.
