Naokazu Harada works with clients to create the next generation of management and organizational operations. A systems coach and CRR Global Japan faculty member and co-founder, he has supported over 2,000 leaders, executive teams, and couples through ORSC coaching. 

As a systems-inspired coach and organizational facilitator, Yui Haraguchi supports mission-driven individuals and organizations to choose and create the futures they truly desire. She collaborates with nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, public sector change-makers and corporate managers who are committed to both personal and societal transformation. Through dialogue, coaching, and co-creative workshops, Yui helps them develop the relational capacity to lead with clarity, resilience, and shared purpose.

Eijiro serves as an internal consultant and coach, engaging teams within an organization while maintaining an objective third-party perspective. He is deeply committed to supporting organizational potential, especially when partnering with teams undergoing significant transformation or working across functions.

Mayumi Maruyama supports the ORSC Certification and coaching supervision programs.

Ken Matsue is a certified ORSC Coach (ORSCC) and co-leader for CRR Global Japan. He supports leaders, teams, and organizations in unlocking the intelligence of their relationship systems. With a background in fashion retail, global branding, and leadership development, Ken brings a rich combination of business acumen and deep relational insight to his coaching and facilitation.

As a systems-oriented coach, Arata Mitsuhashi supports people in organizations by improving their relationships, so they can perform better as individuals and as a team.

Keiko Muramatsu loves helping leaders grow into who they truly are and see beyond their own perspective. She believes that when leaders shift from “I” to “we,” they unlock incredible possibilities together. Her work focuses on developing leaders who not only achieve results but also create cultures where people feel connected, courageous, and creative.

Sayaka Okamoto believes that quality relationships have the power to transform your world. She supports the inner transformation of individuals and organizations by unlocking potential, and connects that transformation to tangible, external outcomes.

Chiemi Sakurai specializes in systems coaching, bringing results and creating reliable long-term change. Her approach to supporting powerful work cultures in organizations is rooted in the development and support of individual leadership skills while building strong relationships.

Fuyuo’s strength as a coach is in providing a safe, empowering space for his clients. He works across Japan and the broader APAC region, including China and Singapore. He is engaged in organizational development and coaching initiatives with a wide range of clients, from large global corporations to non-profit organizations. Together with fellow faculty member Izumi Shimazaki, Fuyuo co-developed a program called ORS@Nature which he offers through CRR Global Japan.

Professional coach Izumi Shimazaki focuses on creating a safe and secure environment that encourages honest dialogue. She also empathizes with the pain inherent in individuals and teams, restores it, and transforms it into energy. Izumi supports individuals and teams in finding their inner motivation to take courageous steps forward.

As a systems coach for couples, families and partnerships, Shiho Tsuchiya supports courageous and essential conversations in intimate relationships. She is committed to continually asking systems why they want coaching—to realign them with their intentions, highlight their blind spots, and bring their edges into awareness.

As a systems coach and organizational change facilitator, Shizuka Yamada helps individuals and teams connect to the wisdom they truly desire and to realize their full potential. She supports executives and management teams across a range of organizations, from global enterprises and centuries-old companies to dynamic startups. Her work strengthens their leadership and fosters stronger team connections.
