CRR Global USA works at the intersection of leadership, human dynamics and organizational complexity. We focus on the relational fabric that underlies performance. Strong strategies and clear objectives matter, but they only land when the human system behind them is aligned. By helping teams understand the patterns, signals and behaviors that shape their interactions, we enable leaders to work with conflict more constructively, make better decisions together and maintain resilience through ongoing change.

Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) provides the foundation for this work. The framework is grounded in systems thinking and relationship intelligence. It offers practical tools for reading group dynamics, strengthening collaboration and tapping into the collective clarity of the team. Systems coaching gives leaders a way to respond to complexity without defaulting to reactivity or siloed thinking.

CRR Global USA offers ORSC courses through a combination of virtual programs and in-person trainings held in key locations across the country. These programs attract participants from a broad mix of industries — including technology, healthcare, finance, government, education and nonprofits — reflecting the variety and scale of the U.S. workplace. Regardless of background, participants work with real-world challenges and leave with approaches they can apply immediately.

Laura Blersch

Delivery Operations Lead

Laura Blersch brings a steady, relational and systems-focused presence to North American delivery operations, working closely with faculty, internal staff, students and global operations teams. She is motivated by CRR Global’s commitment to “walking the walk,” where the principles taught in the classroom are lived within the organization. Making a small but meaningful difference each day is what fuels her, especially when those contributions support the collaborative relationship at the heart of CRR Global’s mission.

Jennifer Taylor

Program Coordinator

Jennifer Taylor brings more than 30 years of experience in operations management, program management, supply chain management and leadership development to her work at CRR Global. She is driven by her commitment to work in relationship with internal and external partners, to walk in the company’s core values and witness how those relationships nurture and expand into many facets of CRR Global’s Worldwork.

He supports organizations in seeing their systems as living, dynamic fields of relationship, creativity and adaptive intelligence, and engaging those systems in ways that foster shared leadership, emergent wisdom and innovation.
