His leadership journey is defined by curiosity, courage, and a steady presence that shapes how organizations and teams experience transformation. Farhann draws on design thinking, futures thinking and systems transformation to help organizations address today’s challenges with foresight and creativity to lead sustainably.

Elfarina Zaid is a human growth partner dedicated to humanizing organizations and leading transformation within self, at work, and at home. With more than 5,000 hours of coaching experience, she brings depth and breadth to her roles as CRR Global partner, faculty member, and coaching supervisor, guiding practitioners through the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) journey.
