Treistar serves as CRR Global’s partner in Israel, bringing systemic coaching and relationship-based leadership development to a region known for innovation, resilience and rapid change. Israeli organizations navigate complex environments where clear communication, adaptability and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential. The Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) framework is central to our approach. This training provides leaders, teams, and human resources professionals with practical tools for understanding the dynamics that shape their systems. Organizations are able to engage with conflict more effectively, align around shared purpose, and harness the collective intelligence needed to make sound decisions in demanding circumstances.

We deliver ORSC training and systemic development programs across Israel through in-person courses and organizational engagements. Participants come from sectors including high tech, human resources, healthcare, education, social impact and public service. Regardless of industry or role, they explore real-world challenges and leave with insights they can apply immediately in their teams and organizations.
