His work weaves together organizational constellations, Clean Language and insights from the Process Work tradition. He sees each engagement as a co-created field, where emotions, history and roles are welcomed as resources for transformation.
He carries forward the teachings of Arnold and Amy Mindell, whose writings he has translated into French. His practice is also shaped by the systemic approach of CRR Global and the philosophical depth of European traditions in psychology and cultural history. Alain is a certified ORSC coach (ORSCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a facilitator in process-oriented psychology. He draws on more than 15 years of experience in executive coaching, facilitation and leadership development across sectors.
