Alonso’s mission – and what drives him – is to help leadership teams and families find solutions to their challenges. This extends from navigating change, to forming new households that bring together members from different backgrounds, to building multicultural high-performing teams, or reorienting organizations facing volatile and shifting market realities. He applies the principles of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) and combines them with tools that uncover the vision, motivation, and strengths of individuals. This reveals the collective intelligence and generative potential of the system as a whole.
He works with leaders who want to take charge of their future, careers, families, teams, and organizations, evoking clarity about the vision that inspires them to pursue what they truly long for.
Alonso has trained in Co-Active Leadership and further developed this work with Evocative Leadership, rooted in the wisdom of nature and inspired by the ancestral knowledge of WindEagle and RainbowHawk. His systemic and team coaching blends the pioneering work of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon on Systems Inspired Leadership, as developed through CRR Global. He incorporates leadership assessment tools created by Bob Anderson and Bill Adams, as well as those produced by Dirk Cloete (iEQ9). The latter draws on the Enneagram, grounded in the contributions of Helen Palmer, Claudio Naranjo, and Oscar Ichazo.
Alonso holds a master’s degree in economics from Columbia University. In addition to his coaching certifications, he is also a practitioner and teacher of the Narrative Enneagram, and trained in The Leadership Circle and CliftonStrengths.
Alonso believes that the pursuit of self-awareness—whether at the systemic or personal level—is a continual journey that offers joy and valuable insights at every stage. He values humor and good spirits, believing they can inspire and motivate people to tackle serious work effectively.
