Leadership lies in the courage it takes to step into the unknown.

As a systems-oriented coach, Arata Mitsuhashi supports people in organizations by improving their relationships, so they can perform better as individuals and as a team. In the short term, he helps teams meet their quarterly and semi-annual goals. Over time, he supports the growth and alignment of organizational values.

Arata works mainly with employee/manager teams. In particular, he supports teams during key phases like formation—helping them build mutual understanding, align on shared missions and goals, and co-create clear strategies.

His practice is strongly influenced by the lineage of Systems Inspired Leadership developed by CRR Global, the principles of the learning organization as articulated by Peter Senge, and the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) framework created by Marshall Rosenberg. Arata carries these teachings forward to foster awareness, alignment, and collective capability within modern organizations. His approach integrates Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Co-Active Coaching, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and facilitation methodologies. He helps people navigate emotional responses, thought patterns, and larger system influences, viewing each engagement as a living process that invites transformation from the inside out.

Arata is a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) through CRR Global, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through CTI. These qualifications provide a strong foundation for guiding diverse corporate teams through transformation and strategic alignment.

He places great value on leadership, believing it lies in the courage to take a step into the unknown. He trusts that this kind of step—no matter how small—can catalyze transformation in individuals and teams. Committed to walking the talk, Arata remains an active practitioner himself, embracing conflict and discomfort as part of the process. This approach allows him to relate to and deeply understand the experience of the clients he supports.

His work invites systems to become visible. By bringing systems into awareness, new insights emerge—enabling challenges to be addressed and, when there is deeper desire, paving the way for intentional, aligned action.

As a team coach, Arata’s specialties include corporate leadership; internal coaching (as an in-house/corporate coach); culture integration and values alignment; the formation of new teams, relational systems awareness and mentor coaching.
