Arzum is a professionally qualified systems coach and trainer who is passionate about organizational development. Others describe her as an authentic leader who brings a good balance of feminine and masculine leadership energies, Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), authenticity, care and structure, all of which creates a great amount of trust for the work to be done.
One of the worldwide course leaders for CRR Global, Arzum is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation as a former board member for the Turkey Chapter. She is a founding member of the Turkey Coaching Association.
Arzum holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and is accredited in coaching, facilitation, systems constellations, trauma-informed coaching and more. She believes that since she has the privilege of holding this knowledge, she also has the responsibility to give back by serving society. As part of realizing this dream, Arzum developed her own technique for leading what she calls “courageous conversations” which support peace in her land.
Arzum lives near the forests of Istanbul with her husband, teenaged son and two dogs. Her son and his beloved and trusted canine companions are her most powerful teachers. She loves to travel, read, dance and sail, and meditates, practices yoga and spends time in nature to balance herself. Arzum values all relationships on the earth and does her best to honor them in the way she lives.
