Barış Toy serves as a trainer, mentor, consultant, and professional development and team coach supporting individuals and organizations. He has experience coaching team environments across differing managerial levels, geographies and cultures, helping leaders and teams navigate complexity with clarity and resilience.
Along with his ORSC and PCC credentials, Barış is a Master NLP practitioner who incorporates Gestalt principles and the transactional analysis approach in his work. He enjoys empowering individuals and teams to uncover new perspectives, strengthen relationships and expand their capacity for sustainable growth.
As a front-of-the-room leader with CRR Global, Barış is devoted to expanding the ORSC curriculum to coaches, leaders and communities.
