Beth specializes in working with leaders, teams, and entire organizations to build engagement, improve performance, resolve conflict, and create strategic, sustainable change.
Beth holds a master’s degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) as well as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC). Her background includes 20+ years of management, leadership, and team-development work in the private and nonprofit sectors, including roles as project manager, marketing director, CEO, board member, and board chair. She has extensive experience providing coaching and training in a variety of settings, including coaching supervision and mentor coaching.
Beth serves on the faculty of CRR Global, a school accredited by the International Coach Federation, as well as in other organizations. She is certified in several diagnostic and assessment instruments including the MBTI, Human Synergistics, The Leadership Circle, Team Diagnostic, and the Integrative Enneagram (IEQ.)
