Drawing on her experience as a former BBC journalist, Carissa helps clients deepen their capacity for meaningful dialogue, narrative clarity, and strategic influence – supporting leadership that is both grounded and visionary.
Her work is shaped by the pioneering teachings of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon at CRR Global, as well as systemic team coaching frameworks from AoEC, Renewal Associates, and Six Team Conditions, developmental methodologies from Cultivating Leadership’s Growth Edge Coaching, and Barry Oshry’s systems thinking. Carissa’s reflective practice is deeply influenced by Edna Murdoch of the Coaching Supervision Academy and Claire Genkai Breeze’s supervision approach. She honors and integrates these lineages in service of collective flourishing, relational integrity, and systemic regeneration.
In addition to being an ORSC Certified coach (ORSCC), Carissa holds an MSc in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology (UCL) and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision (CSA). She is a certified coach supervisor (ESIA, ESIP), Team Performance Coach (CTPC), a Co-Active Coach, a Master Practitioner of Team Effectiveness through Six Team Conditions and a Growth Edge Coach through Cultivating Leadership. She is also a master practitioner of NLP and former professional broadcast journalist.
