Chiemi Sakurai specializes in systems coaching, bringing results and creating reliable long-term change. Her approach to supporting powerful work cultures in organizations is rooted in the development and support of individual leadership skills while building strong relationships.
She has worked on organization development projects for an array of companies, including global corporations, family businesses, startups and firms active for more than a century. Chiemi is meticulous about both the process of system coaching and the end result.
She founded CRR Global Japan in 2019, and continues to manage the company while at the same time delivering a systems coaching development program for Japanese clients alongside 14 joint representatives. CRR Global Japan has already successfully trained numerous change agents in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™).
Along with her ORSCC certification, Chiemi holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and is a master certified coach (MCC) and Co-Active coach (CPCC) through CTI Japan. She is also a Franklin Covey Japan-certified trainer. Chiemi was CRR Global’s first faculty member in Japan, and is responsible for CRR Global’s qualification course.
Her hope is that these change agents, equipped with wisdom imparted from continuous systems coaching and demonstrating diverse leadership in their workplaces, will create a ripple effect from Japan across all of Asia. Disseminating systems coaching and training services is the goal of her worldwork, and she is fully committed to making it a reality.
