Dano “Ronnie” Ndlovu is an executive and relationship systems coach who guides leaders and teams to achieve profound personal and collective integration. His work enables clients to show up more authentically and effectively in every role, from the boardroom to their personal relationships.
Ronnie is rooted in Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) and the transformative principles of Ubuntu—the philosophy that our humanity is mutually interconnected. His practice helps systems shift from reactive habits to conscious leadership. Ronnie specializes in working with clients across financial services, higher education, mining, and nonprofit sectors, partnering with senior executives, leadership teams, and mission-driven professionals who are ready to deepen self-awareness and co-create healthier, more resilient systems.
Ronnie’s methodology is a living practice that weaves embodied awareness, emotional field work, and the deep structural insights of the Enneagram to help teams navigate shared history and unlock future potential. He doesn’t just facilitate conversations; he helps systems listen to their own wisdom, transforming friction into alignment and improving relationships, team dynamics, and overall well-being.
His work builds on the foundational lineage of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) pioneered by Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon of CRR Global. He carries these teachings forward with a commitment to accessibility and collective growth, so the transformative power of systems coaching can ripple into broader communities.
As one of the first two coaches in Africa selected to join the CRR Global international training faculty in 2014, Ronnie brings a unique global perspective to his work. In addition to his coaching certifications, Ronnie holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Guided by the values of interdependence, courageous curiosity, and deep respect for the system-as-client, Ronnie’s work is an invitation to move from a world of “I” to a world of “we.”
His practice is a call to action: to build restorative communities by marrying the timeless truth of Ubuntu—“I am because we are”—with the modern means of ORSC. He invites you to be that builder—to lean into the uncomfortable, to listen for the emerging future, and to co-create systems that are not only productive but purposeful, connected, and whole.
