Endless possibilities. Make your own destiny. Every day, I live by these two powerful mantras that drive the spirit of potential and optimism.

As a systems-inspired coach, Duncan connects and empowers teams and leaders to work better, lead braver and stay genuine. He believes that being connected to self and connected to others is a powerful enabler.

When we are connected to our inner resources and superpowers, and to those around us, we become more grounded, confident and trusting. This empowers us to be curious, courageous, challenge others and to be open when challenged by others. Work becomes better and more fulfilling, which is crucial as so many of us spend a lot of time at work.

Duncan supports teams, often multinational and global teams spread across time zones. He also coaches senior and emerging leaders who are ready to get real and go deep to make work better. Duncan brings two powerful aspects: his vulnerability, empathy and lightness, contrasted with his courage, realness and challenge. Together, these qualities encourage others to be themselves, be vulnerable, own their truth and speak up. That’s when real lasting change happens.

His work, and indeed his life, is shaped by the ethos and spirit of ORSC and the deep systemic awareness it evokes. Duncan is also informed by 20+ years working in marketing in the corporate world: he gets the challenges teams and leaders experience.

In addition to being ORSC Certified, Duncan holds Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), and Leadership Circle Certification. Together with his creative and business credentials including a master’s degree in business administration, a diploma in marketing and a BA in fine art, this knowledge base supports his work with global teams and leaders in the corporate sector.

Duncan believes the development and transformation of systems emerge when holding a healthy and dynamic blend of the values of curiosity, courage, freedom and respect.
