When seriousness and joy are both present, a team's unique character shines through leading to limitless potential.

Eijiro serves as an internal consultant and coach, engaging teams within an organization while maintaining an objective third-party perspective. He is deeply committed to supporting organizational potential, especially when partnering with teams undergoing significant transformation or working across functions. Eijiro’s aim is to cultivate a culture that enables Japanese companies to thrive on the global stage.

He uses Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), facilitation and dialogue-based workshops to support healthier communication. Eijiro works closely with internal teams, key stakeholders and senior leadership to address organizational challenges. Often, those on the front lines of business and management are unaware of the true impact they’re making. By offering an external lens, he helps them to see new perspectives and possibilities.

Eijiro holds an MBA and is a certified ORSC coach (ORSCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). His Co-Active journey reaffirmed his belief in human potential. Through ORSC, he discovered his own worldwork, empowering Japanese companies to fully express their strengths globally. His passion for working with systems was born from this discovery. Having lived and worked between Japan and the U.S. throughout his life and engaged with teams in global organizations, Eijiro has developed a deep interest in inclusion.

His involvement allows leaders and teams to recognize the value of authentic dialogue, rediscover the joy of meaningful conversations and bring more vitality and engagement to their work.
