Elfarina Zaid is a human growth partner dedicated to humanizing organizations and leading transformation within self, at work and at home. With more than 5,000 hours of coaching experience, she brings depth and breadth to her roles as CRR Global partner, faculty member and coaching supervisor, guiding practitioners through the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) journey.
She co-founded Elf Coaching in 2009 with her life and business partner, with a vision of designing experiential and impactful programs in leadership, innovation, and partnerships. Through Elf Coaching, Elfarina also established CRR APAC, making accredited systems and team coaching programs accessible across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Elfarina has worked with leaders, teams, and organizations across both the private and public sectors, consistently delivering measurable results. Her projects range from supporting a nation’s Vision 2030 transformation, to leading customer experience initiatives with a global automotive company, to driving retail leadership and growth for a Fortune 500 luxury brand. In Singapore, she partners with the Civil Service College and the NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, designing milestone leadership programs that prepare senior public sector leaders for the future.
Her coaching and facilitation create tangible impact—from 30–70% improvements in employee retention for a leading oil and gas company, to enhanced collaboration in government agencies, to sustainable growth in multinational corporations. She blends systems thinking, organizational development, and systems coaching to help people and organizations navigate complexity with resilience.
Beyond ORSC and Co-Active, Elfarina draws on her studies in innovation, partnership brokering, pranic healing, and somatic approaches, integrating these disciplines in service of more connected, regenerative systems. Elfarina holds a Master of Science in Innovation and a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University. She is an accredited partnership broker. As a faculty member, Elfarina is known for bridging global methodologies with local context.
Recognized as one of Asia’s most influential coaching leaders, Elfarina has received international honors including the Global Leadership Coaching Award from the World Coaching Congress and the ICF Cultural Competency Scholarship Award. She is also a regular keynote speaker across APAC. Elfarina is frequently featured in international media for her insights on cultural competency, leadership, and systemic change.
Elfarina lives in Singapore with her life and business partner, working and traveling globally. She considers her two daughters proudly ORSC-ified, and fondly calls on the alumni across APAC as a community of ORSC-lings.
