Emel Meriç is a systems-inspired coach and CRR Global faculty member who has coached individuals, teams, organizations and couples worldwide since 2013. She helps systems to discover their collective intelligence, creativity and richness, and is passionate about holding space for people and organizations to thrive through conscious, innovative and ethical action.
With professional experience as a senior manager since 2007, Emel has led and coached multinational teams across a wide range of sectors. Teams that she has led and coached have achieved notable successes and awards, reflecting her ability to cultivate authentic leadership and unlock the collective intelligence of systems.
In addition to her ORSCC, PCC and CPCC credentials, Emel holds a Bachelor of Science in business informatics and a Master of Science in computer science. from Reutlingen University. Having received full scholarships throughout her academic journey, she has consistently contributed as a volunteer coach, mentor and facilitator for non-profit and community-focused organizations.
Grounded in her belief that every person has unique gifts to offer the world, Emel invites leaders and communities to co-create sustainable, supportive, safe and flourishing systems. Beyond her professional work, she is a licensed master swimmer and finds inspiration in poetry and nature observation.
