I guide leaders through churn and pressure, providing bespoke organizational and systemic coaching solutions.

Erin Randall is a veteran organizational and leadership coach dedicated to a single purpose: happy people doing great work. For more than 15 years, she has partnered with R1 universities and organizations to change how they collaborate and create, helping them shift from stuck to upward trajectory, from stagnant to creative overflow.

“Change is a generative act,” as poet Tracy K. Smith has said, and ongoing, resonant change is one of many reasons why Erin loves working with teams and larger systems. By working at the systemic level, she is better able to be of service to a greater number of people.

In addition to being a certified ORSC coach, Erin is an Expert Agile coach and holds certifications with several coach training organizations. She has a diploma in team coaching supervision and is a mentor coach. Erin also conducts Leadership Circle profile assessments and has completed advanced training in Clean Language (Caitlin Walker), embodied leadership (Strozzi Institute), mediation and conflict management (Two Arrows Zen), and graphic facilitation (bikablo). In 2025, Erin will complete her diploma in organizational leadership from the University of Oxford’s Said School of Business.

Her specialties include leadership teams and boards; organizational change and alignment; academic leadership; coaching supervision and mentor coaching; and Agile coaching and teams.
