Transformation begins with deep listening, honest dialogue, and the courage to shift from habit to intention.

Ghida Barakat supports senior leaders and executive teams to strengthen their leadership from the inside out. She helps them build trust, navigate complexity and lead more systemically so their impact is sustainable, human-centered and aligned with what matters most.

She partners with executives, intercultural teams and mission-driven organizations across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Her clients include public sector leaders, multinational corporations and leadership teams navigating transformation, growth or strategic alignment.

Ghida’s work is grounded in systems coaching and shaped by what each client system uniquely needs. She blends structure with presence, working with the emotional, cultural and strategic layers that influence leadership behavior and team dynamics. Her approach is also informed by neuroscience, applying insights from her academic studies to support awareness, emotional regulation and shifts in mindset and behavior.

Her practice is shaped by the teachings of CRR Global and The Leadership Circle, where she serves as an international faculty member and front-of-room leader. She integrates the Co-Active coaching tradition and draws on her academic grounding in psychology and neuroscience to support deeper, more embodied change. She carries forward these lineages with a commitment to leadership that is relational, conscious and impactful.

Ghida is a certified ORSC coach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in psychology and neuroscience of mental health from King’s College London. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a CPCC coach, and a trained practitioner in the Leadership Circle Profile, Collective Leadership Assessment, leadership systems, Insights Discovery, DISC and Intercultural Intelligence. She has delivered more than 3,000 hours of coaching to individual leaders, teams and systems.

Her work is guided by compassion, clarity and accountability.

Ghida invites the leaders and systems she works with to pause, reflect and realign with their deeper purpose. Her work opens space for more conscious, connected and impactful leadership to emerge.
