Gülsün is an awakening force for human and organizational transformation, guiding leaders, teams and systems back to their innate wisdom. Blending systems thinking, embodied movement, creative expression and deep listening, she creates spaces where awareness expands, relationships strengthen and new possibilities emerge.
Her work invites people to slow down, reconnect, and step into the leadership that arises when we honor our interrelatedness and trust what is unfolding. Gülsün’s approach is enriched by her background in biology, biomedical engineering, business administration and extensive embodiment training, including Somatic Experiencing, Open Floor, and Viniyoga.
With over 30 years of experience—including roles at IBM, founding partnership at Zeymed Medical Systems, and leading her own institute Akıllı İlişkiler, Gülsün has coached executives, teams, and partnerships across Turkey, Europe, Asia, Middle East and the U.S.
A lifelong learner and a respected educator, she was among the first cohort of system coaches globally to become an ORSC Certified coach by CRR Global. Gülsün studied biology at Middle East Technical University, earned her M.S. in biomedical engineering from Boğaziçi University, and completed her doctorate in business administration.
Gülsün now teaches ORSC courses internationally and serves as the business partner for Turkiye. She is both a graduate and a faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute, where she leads the Co-Active Leadership Program. She uses assessment tools including Team Diagnostics and The Leadership Circle Profile in her team and leadership development work, and is among the first graduates of CRR Global’s Systems Inspired Coaching Supervision program.
Gülsün is nourished by art, dance, sailing, being with animals and by the beauty of cultures expressing themselves in unexpected ways. Her work, presence, and passion all align with a single guiding intention: to create spaces where awareness, connection, and creativity can emerge, and through that emergence, meaningful transformation becomes possible.
