Hamira Latif is a systems-inspired coach who supports executives, leaders and teams in strengthening relational awareness, embracing difference and co-creating values-aligned ways of working together. She empowers individuals and collectives to build clarity, connection and collaborative action within complex, multicultural environments. At the heart of her practice is a belief that strong and empowering relationships form the foundation of leadership, fulfillment and sustainable change.
Hamira partners with leaders, multicultural teams and mission-driven organizations navigating transitions, succession planning and rapid growth. She supports executives seeking to expand their leadership presence, resolve conflict with confidence and foster team cultures rooted in trust, equity and shared purpose. She also works with NGOs and family businesses to cultivate healthy intergenerational dialogue and vision.
Her approach is flexible, light and fluid-responsive—and deeply systemic, drawing on the intelligence of relationships and environment. She is passionate about systemic work because it leads to lasting change and deep transformation, with the power to shift cultures and create self-sustaining patterns of collaboration. Hamira integrates ORSC, systemic constellations, emotional intelligence and intercultural intelligence to meet each system where it is. Whether coaching one-on-one or with teams, she attunes to spoken and unspoken dynamics to facilitate lasting transformation.
Hamira’s work is grounded in the systems-inspired leadership lineage of CRR Global, shaped by the teachings of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon. Her practice is also informed by systemic constellations through the work of Bert Hellinger, Peter Hawkins and David Whittaker; by the Six Seconds network of emotional intelligence and Daniel Goleman’s framework; and by her lived experience as a woman of South Asian heritage. She honors the wisdom of collective cultures and navigates dynamics of honor and shame, power and fear, and innocence and guilt. She carries these lineages forward in service of deeper listening, belonging and shared leadership.
In addition to her ORSCC, PCC and CPCC qualifications, Hamira is trained in systemic constellations, Six Seconds EQ, DISC, AOEC executive coaching and WBEX global team coaching. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in marketing and business. Her work is anchored in the values of inclusion, courage, wisdom, compassion, curiosity and collective well-being.
Outside her professional work, Hamira’s creativity shines through her love of home design and redesign. She still plays basketball and netball, and often travels to historic countries to learn from their cultures. At home, she adores her cats—always wanting more, though her husband kindly disagrees.
Hamira invites leaders and teams to lean into discomfort, surface the unspoken and move forward with clarity and integrity, building healthier systems and sustainable change.
