I do what I do so that teams and work places become the on-purpose, positively challenging and psychologically safe environments we all deserve to work in.

Irith specializes in coaching partnerships and executive leadership teams, as well as the individuals leading them. A core part of her work is helping teams navigate change successfully: gaining clarity about their purpose and goals, and finding positive, effective ways to work together, especially during times of conflict and upheaval.

She also co-created I ASK, a systems-based method for museums and cultural institutions seeking to become more conscious and intentional about their impact on visitors and the world around them. The method sparks curiosity and opens minds, creating space for dialogue and learning while strengthening mutual understanding between groups in society.

Irith holds a master’s degree in psychology and has been a certified ORSC coach (ORSCC) since 2013. She has trained extensively in the War to Peace method for interpersonal communication and conflict management, as well as in Co-Active and Relational Life Coaching. Irith is a lifelong student of Rick Carson’s Gremlin Taming Method.

Collaboration is central to her approach. Irith often works in tandem with other coaches and consultants whose expertise adds range and depth for her clients. She also carries a secret mission: to inspire the people she touches through her work to “try this at home” in their communities, relationships and families.
