My passion for systems coaching stems from a deep belief that we are interconnected beings, fundamentally wired for relationship and belonging.

Jela is a dedicated faculty member at CRR Global, a renowned organization specializing in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). She brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and systemic change facilitation. With a passion for enhancing relationships, Jela is committed to empowering leaders, teams, and organizations to unlock their collective potential, fostering thriving, resilient communities.

Jela sees how the quality of our relationships–whether with ourselves, others, or the natural world–shapes the essence of our lives. As humans, we are meaning-making machines. The meanings we create about our relationships, ourselves, and our environment profoundly influence our well-being, fulfillment, and growth.

Jela serves as a Front of the Room Leader for the ORSC program. Being part of CRR Global’s system aligns with Jela’s desire to help individuals and leaders understand the power of relationship as a catalyst for transformation. She believes that thriving relationships empower us to become the best versions of ourselves, inspire greatness, and foster resilience. In her work and life, she strives to honor the truth that genuine connection—built on trust, authenticity, and mutual understanding—is essential to personal development and collective well-being.

Ultimately, she sees systems coaching as a way to cultivate the relationships that enrich, empower, and elevate us. When we nurture these connections, we create a more fulfilling, vibrant, and purposeful life for ourselves and those around us.

In addition to being an ORSC Certified coach, Jela holds a Master’s degree in Economics (MBA program) from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and an MA in International Business Administration from Leeds Beckett University, UK. She earned her BA (Hons) in International Relations and Political Sciences from the University of Toronto, Canada. Jela is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and trained in the Leadership Circle Profile & Collective LCP, Positive Intelligence/Mental Fitness, Enneagram (iEQ9), and Embodiment/Somatic training (Strozzi Institute).

She specializes in guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through transformational processes to create sustainable change and build deeper relational capacity. Jela also facilitates systemic change workshops, team development sessions, and leadership training. Her approach integrates her expertise in understanding inner dialogues and emotional intelligence, helping clients lead with empathy, compassion, and courage.

Beyond her work, Jela is a loving mother, wife, daughter, and sister. She enjoys yoga, photography, and spending time in nature, especially by the sea, which fuels her inspiration. A lifelong learner, she continually seeks growth and new knowledge.
