Jennifer Taylor brings more than 30 years of experience in operations management, program management, supply chain management and leadership development to her work at CRR Global. She is driven by her commitment to work in relationship with internal and external partners, to walk in the company’s core values and witness how those relationships nurture and expand into many facets of CRR Global’s Worldwork. Jennifer supports students, faculty, internal teams, leadership and the wider systems by problem-solving across many communication channels. She coordinates with partners individually and collectively, always seeking process enhancements that strengthen the overall implementation of the ORSC Certification program.
Behind the scenes, Jennifer manages essential processes across multiple operational areas, creating the conditions for effective cross-team collaboration. She keeps systems updated and running consistently, and she helps hold the culture, alignment and values that guide CRR Global’s work.
Her approach is rooted in strong spiritual and family values, which offer her a steady foundation of honesty, fairness, understanding, and compassion. These values inform how she meets people of many different stories, helping her identify how to best align with and support both students and faculty.

Outside of work, Jennifer is a devoted sports fan who loves traveling to games beyond her geographical area, fulfilling her desire to experience cultures and communities beyond her own lens.
