As a coach and facilitator, Jess works with clients to develop conscious and intentional communication by enabling:
– open and meaningful conversations
– increased awareness of communication patterns within ourselves and within the team or ‘system’ dynamic
– enhanced knowledge and practical application of tools and techniques to make workplace interactions powerful and effective.
She is an accredited Team Coach with 15 years’ experience in the training room and holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching credential from the ICF. She is also an MBTI and NLP practitioner with qualifications in Non-Violent Communication and Integrative psychotherapy. Her original training as an actress informs the practical and holistic way I work with clients enlisting their mindset, as well as their physical and vocal behaviour, when communicating.
She works closely with clients to design programmes using both systemic thinking and individual skills practice to create experiential, dynamic and thorough learning events, workshops and coaching sessions.
