Kat’s intuitive ability is a focal point in supporting supervisees to check their own beliefs, rebut assumptions, get curious and embrace personal well-being in order to have a clearer mental space for the complexities of their clients and teams.
Her supervision philosophy has three essential cornerstones: presence, self-awareness and courage. Kat is known for her exemplary listening skills, a commanding presence and the gift of a unique voice that captivates her audience. She engages others with her high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Kat began her career with CRR Global under founders Marita Fridjhon and Faith Fuller and quickly became a valued member of the CRR Global family. Along the way she has incorporated Brene Brown’s teachings. Kat uses somatic practices to enable herself and her clients to become grounded and present.
In addition to her ORSC certification, Kat is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited through the International Coaching Federation. She is dual accredited with EMCC as a coach supervisor and senior practitioner. Kat is proud to be a Trailblazer, a member of the very first cohort to travel through ORSC certification
Kat has an unshakeable belief in systems-inspired wisdom, the interconnectedness of all things and a greater consciousness for the sake of a better world. She thrives on making a difference by evolving coaches to develop and blossom into global stewards with systemic perspectives.
