Every action we take is a vote for the kind of person we want to be, and the kind of world we want to see.

Katie Churchman helps leaders, teams and organizations unlock clarity, strengthen relationships and build the capacity to navigate complexity together. A passionate advocate for systems thinking and relational intelligence, Katie brings deep expertise in systems coaching to support meaningful, measurable and sustainable change.

Specializing in leadership development, change mindset, team coaching, personal impact and communication mastery, Katie works at the intersection of human connection and systemic transformation. Her coaching goes beyond individual insight to uncover the dynamics between people, teams and the wider systems in which they operate—empowering clients to lead with greater awareness, alignment and impact.

In addition to her ORSC certification, Katie is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and EMCC’s Coach Supervision Certification (ESIA) credentials. Her approach blends structure with spontaneity—bringing energy, clarity and focus to even the most complex environments.

As a faculty member at CRR Global, Katie trains and mentors the next generation of systems coaches. She is also the host of the Relationship Matters podcast, a globally recognized platform exploring Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) and the power of conscious, intentional relationships in life and work. The podcast has reached more than 150,000 listeners in 151 countries, reflecting the global demand for more connected, collaborative ways of leading.

In 2020, Katie delivered a TEDx Charlotte talk on the power and importance of storytelling in everyday life.
