Transformation emerges when people slow down enough to listen deeply to themselves and act from what is most alive and true.

As a systems-inspired coach, facilitator and certified coaching supervisor, Katy Stone supports individuals, teams and coaches to engage more fully with their own wisdom, navigate relational complexity and co-create transformative change. Whether guiding a team through uncertainty, mentoring a coach in supervision or supporting leaders and couples to reclaim their presence and purpose, her work centers on deepening connection, resilience and clarity.

She partners with leadership teams, coaching professionals, mission-driven organizations and couples seeking greater alignment, emotional fluency and systemic awareness. Her approach invites clients to engage the emotional, somatic and energetic intelligence within their systems in service of authentic and life-giving action.

Katy’s practice is grounded in the principles of ORSC systems coaching, coaching supervision, transpersonal psychology, and experiential learning. She brings a warm, spacious, and intuitive presence to her work, creating a container where both vulnerability and insight can emerge. Her methodology is a living, evolving conversation with the system — one that honors context, lineage and emergence.

She is shaped by the teachings of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon and the legacy of Systems Inspired™ Leadership through CRR Global. Her practice is further informed by the emotionally attuned frameworks of John and Julie Gottman, the attachment-based lens of Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the contemplative and somatic traditions rooted in her education at Naropa University. She carries these lineages forward with respect and responsiveness, integrating them in service of relational healing and collective transformation.

Katy is an Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC). She received her MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, and holds credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and certified Coaching Supervisor (ESIA). She has served as faculty for the ORSC core curriculum and teaches in academic and professional settings, including Naropa University and the University of Colorado. Her specialties include team coaching, couples coaching, non-profit organizations, corporate leadership, supervision, women’s groups and holistic health.

Her work is guided by values of curiosity, compassion, embodiment and courageous dialogue. Katy’s invitation is for individuals and collectives to align with purpose, presence and possibility.
