Keiko Muramatsu loves helping leaders grow into who they truly are and see beyond their own perspective. She believes that when leaders shift from “I” to “we,” they unlock incredible possibilities together. Her work focuses on developing leaders who not only achieve results but also create cultures where people feel connected, courageous, and creative.
Alongside her work with corporate leaders, Keiko has been deeply involved with non-profit organizations for many years, supporting them to build strong teams and meaningful impact. With her international background, she feels a special calling to empower Asian leaders (including herself) to shine on the global stage.
Keiko blends ORSC systems coaching and the reflective practice of supervision, creating a way of working that is both structured and flexible. She sees every engagement as a living conversation, adjusting how she works to meet what is called for in the moment. Her approach is always evolving, shaped by deep listening and curiosity about what each system needs.
Keiko has been shaped by the teachings of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon and the legacy of Systems Inspired Leadership through CRR Global. Her work is also deeply influenced by the practice of supervision and her experience across different cultures. As a former national athlete, she draws on the discipline, trust, and shared purpose from sports as powerful metaphors for systems and leadership. Growing up and working between East and West, Keiko weaves together Japanese values of harmony and respect with a belief in courageous dialogue and authentic connection. She carries these traditions forward to help people and systems grow with more connection, courage, and purpose.
Keiko is a Certified ORSC Coach (ORSCC), and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She also holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and is a trained coaching supervisor, with accreditation pending from both EMCC and ICF. Her credentials, combined with her professional and personal journey, support her in holding safe and transformative spaces for leaders and teams. Keiko’s specialties include leadership development; team coaching; and inclusion.
She believes in real rather than superficial harmony, and that true growth happens when people have the courage to speak honestly, stay open, and act with commitment. Inspired by the Ubuntu idea that “if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together,” Keiko values connection, human evolution, and bringing a spirit of playfulness into any work.
