Ken Matsue is a certified ORSC Coach (ORSCC) and co-leader for CRR Global Japan. He supports leaders, teams, and organizations in unlocking the intelligence of their relationship systems. With a background in fashion retail, global branding, and leadership development, Ken brings a rich combination of business acumen and deep relational insight to his coaching and facilitation.
Ken is passionate about helping people reconnect with their essence and live into their wholeness. His focus lies in systems-inspired leadership, emotional intelligence, and liberating human potential—particularly within corporate teams, startups, and cross-cultural environments.
His coaching draws on the lineage of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), Systems Inspired Leadership, and Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), and is informed by lived experience across Asia and global organizations.
Ken holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). In addition to his coaching qualifications, he is also a certified HOGAN Assessment practitioner. These credentials support his work with leaders and teams navigating rapid growth, cultural complexity, and relational challenges.
