As a coach, Klaus Fernando Franco Lombardozzi brings a distinctive blend of 20 years of leadership experience in large organizations across Europe and South Africa, along with six years of international coaching in both English and German.
He is certified as an Organization and Relationship Systems coach (ORSCC), a systems approach that helps organizations balance the need for efficiency with the necessity of being in right relationship. Klaus also holds an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and has accumulated more than 1,800 hours of coaching.
Klaus is a faculty member at CRR Global, supporting learning within parts of the ORSC curriculum. He is also co-director of CRR Afrika, which delivers ORSC training across much of the African continent.
Born and raised in South Africa, Klaus continues to grapple with the atrocities that occurred in his immediate surroundings during his lifetime. This work remains a lifelong journey for him.
Klaus is described as an INFJ in the Myers-Briggs framework. These qualities make him a strong coaching partner for those ready to leave the shores of the familiar and explore pathways to the new, desired and aspired. This spirit informs both his team coaching and his individual practice.
