I work with those ready to pause the noise, deepen their presence, and act from a place of greater coherence and purpose.

As a systems-inspired coach, supervisor, and facilitator, Larissa serves as a bridge between individual insight and collective transformation. She supports leaders, coaches, and teams to reconnect with their inner clarity, work with complexity, and co-create more life-giving ways of being and leading together. Whether guiding a seasoned practitioner through supervision, holding space for team dialogue, or co-hosting reflective retreats, her work creates spaciousness for depth, discernment, and renewal.

Larissa partners with executive coaches, senior leaders, and value-driven organizations, especially those navigating transition or seeking to align internal culture with external impact. Her approach integrates team coaching, coaching supervision, and reflective facilitation, drawing on somatic awareness, systemic thinking, and dialogic process. She sees every engagement as a living conversation with the system; responsive, relational, and emergent. By listening to what is said, unsaid, and sensed, Larissa invites patterns to surface and new possibilities to take root.

She is shaped by the pioneering work of CRR Global’s Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon and the legacy of Systems Inspired Leadership. Her practice is informed by the systemic constellations lineage of Bert Hellinger, the reflective traditions of coaching supervision thought leaders such as Peter Hawkins and Tatiana Bachkirova, and feminist and regenerative leadership philosophies. Carrying these threads forward, she weaves a practice grounded in equity, compassion, and collective flourishing.

Larissa holds a master’s degree in education, and postgraduate qualifications in team coaching, group facilitation, and coaching supervision. She is a qualified ORSC practitioner, an EMCC senior practitioner in team coaching, and an accredited coaching supervisor. She is also researching team coaching supervision at the PhD level in Oxford. These credentials ground her work in ethical, embodied, and rigorous practice across global contexts.

At the heart of Larissa’s work is a belief that transformation emerges through courageous dialogue, deep listening, and reflective connection. She is guided by values of spaciousness, integrity, and dignity for all. Her work invites systems to slow down, surface what’s unspoken, and move forward with clarity, compassion, and shared purpose.
