Trust the process and don’t be afraid to bring your full self.

Laura Blersch brings a steady, relational and systems-focused presence to North American delivery operations. She is motivated by CRR Global’s commitment to “walking the walk,” where the principles taught in the classroom are lived within the organization. Making a small but meaningful difference each day is what fuels her, especially when those contributions support the collaborative relationship at the heart of CRR Global’s mission.

In her role, Laura works closely with faculty, internal staff, students and global operations teams. She is dedicated to modernizing and simplifying processes through technology and automation, freeing teams to spend more time in relationship and less time on manual tasks. Much of this work happens behind the scenes, where she ensures consistency, strengthens systems and coordinates the logistics that keep courses running smoothly. Her efforts build operational stability and reliability, creating the dependable learning environment that defines CRR Global.

Laura’s approach is shaped by more than a decade in cultural exchange, where she developed a deep appreciation for multicultural perspectives and the nuances of global collaboration. Her MBA in Leadership, along with certifications in neurodiversity, DEI, and Agile project management, inform the thoughtful systemic lens she brings to her work. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent professional, she designs processes that are intuitive, inclusive, and grounded in deep listening.

Known for her humor, empathy, systems thinking and adaptability, Laura makes complexity feel more manageable for the people she supports. She is guided by values such as integrity, curiosity, compassion and celebration of differences, all of which align naturally with CRR Global’s relational ethos.

Outside of work, Laura is an avid skier who spends winter on the slopes, often sharing the sport she loves with her friends’ children. She is deeply connected to her family and helps on their family farm whenever she’s needed.
