Leslie J. Porter is an experienced systems coach and agile transformation leader. With a background in digital marketing, business analysis, and agile coaching, she has held leadership roles at organizations such as SolutionsIQ and Accenture, as well as co-founding a boutique digital marketing agency.
For Leslie, being in “right relationship” enables the resiliency needed to have hard conversations and make difficult decisions when solving complex problems and navigating the ever-changing environment we exist within.
Leslie finds passion and joy in creating thriving organizations. Throughout her career as an entrepreneur, digital marketing strategist, business analyst, consultant, and business leader, she has always had a rigorous focus on continuous improvement.
Leslie is passionate about creating and sustaining workplaces where people want to be. This attitude has followed her since her introduction to the Agile Manifesto & Principles, when she began deeply connecting with the importance of human dynamics in the office. She significantly deepened her ability to lead with a holistic approach through ORSC training in 2018. With experience in small business, Fortune 500, and global organizations, Leslie has a wide range of lived career experience to draw upon when serving an organization.
In addition to her coaching qualifications, Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature.
