"I believe that in the world in which we now live, we are being called to have radically different conversations—ones that allow us to slow down and reconnect deeply with who we are as human beings, and which invite a reconnection with the planet that sustains us.

As a relationship systems coach and coach supervisor, Lou Yates supports leaders, teams and coaches in deepening their understanding of who they are and how they relate to the world, acting as a catalyst for personal evolution and conscious action.

She partners with purpose-led individuals and organizations, predominately with those working in the cultural and environmental sectors, the NHS and those wanting to make a positive impact within their communities or the wider world. Lou has been part of the team developing and delivering CRR Global’s coaching supervision offerings.

Lou brings a strong systemic focus, drawing upon somatic awareness, presence-based practice and nature, opening up deep awareness and transformation. Her work is highly influenced by numerous recognized methodologies, including relationship systems theory and practice, leadership embodiment and somatic practices, presence-based coaching and spiritual teachings. In integrating this learning, she offers powerful coaching and supervision that equips clients to grow and skilfully navigate the challenges of our modern world.

Lou is a certified organization and systems coach. In addition, she holds both Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials with the International Coaching Federation and the ESIA credential as a coach supervisor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has also trained with the Strozzi Institute and various other organizations for ongoing personal, professional and spiritual evolution.

Lou brings warmth, compassion, creativity and spaciousness to co-create a space where her clients feel safe to explore their strengths, and are challenged to discover what really matters. Her work as both a coach and supervisor extends an invitation to clients to live and work with greater purpose and fulfilment.
