Marc’s approach integrates ORSC systems coaching, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed facilitation. He sees each engagement as an evolving conversation with the system itself, listening deeply to what is present and adapting to what is emerging moment by moment. This responsiveness allows him to guide individuals and groups toward greater coherence, trust, and capacity to move forward together.
He is shaped by the pioneering work of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon and the legacy of Systems Inspired Leadership cultivated through CRR Global. My practice is further informed by the somatic traditions of the Strozzi Institute and the systemic constellations lineage of Bert Hellinger. Carrying these lineages forward, he aims to integrate their wisdom in service of equity, regeneration, and the flourishing of the systems I serve.
He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is a certified ORSC Coach (ORSCC), Master Certified Coach (MCC), and Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute. These credentials ground his work in rigorous practice, ensuring he can hold transformational space for different leaders and teams across global contexts.
